KIWI FRUIT SPARKLING CIDER

Giverny Estate has been making quality kiwi fruit wines for many years and is now proud to introduce a sparkling kiwi fruit cider.

This light and refreshing medium dry cider brings out the crisp freshness of ripe kiwi fruit juice which is gently processed into an extraordinary cider. 

This cider is unique in Australia and is a pale straw coloured, premium strength cider hand crafted from Toolangi grown kiwi fruit.  Fermentation is conducted at low temperature followed by long cold conditioning to ensure a delightful crisp kiwi fruit character.

The freshness and the flavours produced in this cider can only be achieved through the crisp climate and pristine mountain streams of Toolangi.
